Large ribbed slightly bulbous vinegar, registered May 1849.. Goldfields. Vinegar. Applied top with flared out lip. 9 protruding ribs down a slightly bulbous body. British Registration Diamond under base. 275 mm. 1849
Very Good. (7.2). 10 x 6 mm reasonably flat chip to upper lip. A bit of light haze in places. Small burst bubble to one of the ribs. Couple of scuffed patches to the ribs as well. Fine impact under heel over bubble, looks like a fine bruise associated, maybe 5 x 5 mm, but very hard to see. Small patch or two of surface rust. Some scratches and the odd scuff mark. Bottom edge of one of the ribs has a section of deep wear. Great looking, early bottle which is really hard to get. Estimate: $300-400
