Large size Clover Leaf Salad Oil. Base Mark: (British Registration Diamond). (This glass design was registered on the 30th of May 1853 by: Stott Walker, London).. Goldfields. Salad Oil. Tall cylinder. Ovals indented around the base. Debossed small Clover Leaf patterns all over with label space at the back. Petalled shoulder. Applied double collar top. Aqua. 26 oz. 366 mm. 1850s
Very Good. (7). Consistent stain and dullness all over and to the inside. Shallow 8 x 6 mm bruise at the base edge. Some scratches and wear but looks pretty free of deep marks. Obviously needs careful cleaning or looks quite good in this condition. A very desirable 1850s goldfields era bottle. Estimate: $750-1500
