Very Good. (N/A). With the EP hall mark, this is Electro Plated. I think the other hallmark says W & H S, which would likely be Walker & Hall, Sheffield. Quite dark tarnishing throughout. Some fine scratches and minor marks. Nice piece, likely for a small condiment bottle, the holder part has a small inner diameter of about 56 mm, too small for a torpedo bottle. Estimate: $30-50
