Excellent. (8.3). Minor marks around and maybe some very light rust stain. Nice looking example of quite a rare bottle. Helena Rubinstein of course made all sorts of cosmetics but in the early days was most famous for "Valaze" skin food which was guaranteed to eradicate freckles, wrinkles, sunburn, sallowness, acne pimples and all blemishes!
