Very Good. (7.4). 5 x 6 mm flake to rear lip. Couple of little nibbled spots to lower front lip. Some wear around the shoulder with a couple of nibbled impact marks. Spot of nibbled wear to right rear base edge. Some fine wear to base edge with a small nick or two. A bit of crate wear and some nibbled flakes to the strong embossing. Some scratches and little scuffs. The label is original to this bottle, some of the white pieces are missing but the red letters are remaining, which is quite effective. Some discolouration to the label. Better example than normal, this was obviously never buried with the label still in place, however, was likely used for some time prior to Appelt sticking his label on, hence the crate wear and marks.
