Christmas Tree type salad oil. No base mark.. Goldfields. Salad Oil. Christmas tree shape. Applied top. Aqua. 13 oz. 256 mm. 1850s
Good. (6.8). Dull with etched stain throughout. Shallow 5 x 2 mm chip on the top edge of the lip and a couple of other rough spots around the lip. 7 x 4 mm scalloped chip on the neck and next to this is a surface fracture of about 12 mm (these look like they have come from a tiny inclusion in the edge of the chip. Couple of flakes at the base edge. Actually looks pretty good in this dull finish! Estimate: $50-80
