Brasserie / De La Bien Assise / Guines / P. D. C. No base mark. (France). Aerated Water. Codd. Applied top. Traditional one way pour Codd style patent with two teardrops. Amber. 26 oz. 274 mm. 1900s
Excellent. (8.1). Little lip fold in upper lip from making. A few spots of surface grime which will clean off. Near rear base edge is a 5 x 4 mm mark, this is in the thick section and very hard to see. Not sure if it is a bubble or a bruise, but either way, you won't see it easily at all. A few scratches and minor scuffs. Lovely example of this amazing honey amber 26 ounce codd!! Loosely translated, this is from the Well Established Brewery, Guines, Pas-de-Calais department in northern France. Estimate: $500-750
