Good. (N/A). The expandable mechanism on each side is rusty, however looks to at least partly work - I haven't expanded this fully. There are three levels, each divided for different cotton. Plenty of wear through the paintwork and flakes to be found. The advertising on the front remains legible. Very interesting item, this would date to after 1923 when this product is advertised as a new production, it was still available as late as 1978. Estimate: $30-50
