Good. (N/A). Worn and a bit faded. Scratches. Very grimy. Lots of cobwebs on the back! Frame is solid. Sign itself looks pretty solid too. The two arms are rusty but also solid. (Not for post will need to be picked up or arrangements made) Estimate: $50-100
