Plenty of pitted marks and some surface corrosion. I believe these were originally painted red, and so this is missing its paint if so. Interesting tool. 3. Very Good. Some flakes to the paint. Some knocks and marks. Some grime. A bit of surface corrosion. Interesting and early tool. Estimate: $30-50
