Not sure where this is from, looks like the Kepler bottles which are quite common. 2. VG. Some grime and minor light inner haze which will clean up a fair bit. Oiled internally. Little nick or two to the base edge. Scuffs and scratches scattered around, a few deeper examples. Nice bottle in this smaller than usual size. 3. Good. Oiled.
