Repaired. (0). The top half of the lip has been glued on (pretty roughly too!) 42 mm curved crack down the front neck from the cut off part of the top. Still dirty. Dark scuff down the back left side. Some other little marks and scratches scattered around. Original stopper inside. Super rare bottle but of course with the damage.. Estimate: $300-500
