Excellent. (8). Wow! Large, and impressive. The koi fish inside have been applied giving this a three dimensional effect! There are wide making splits where these are applied. Crazing throughout. Some scratches and minor marks. Split to heel from making. Some weird attached lumps underneath are from making too. This is Chinese, the characters underneath are very much like Chinese characters and with the famous Chinese koi fish, there can't be much doubt. As for age, looks early, I would suggest 19th century, but who knows with Chinese wares, could be hundreds of years old, or only a few decades old? Fantastic item!. Estimate: $100-150
