Excellent. (8.5). Wow! Huge, and impressive. The dragon inside is applied giving it a three dimensional effect! There are a few making splits where this is applied. Some split type marks around the outside are from making. Crazing throughout. Not sure if this is Chinese or from another Asian country, I can't tell from the characters. As for age, looks early, I would suggest 19th century, but who knows with Chinese wares, could be hundreds of years old, or only a few decades old? Fantastic item!. Estimate: $150-200
