N/A. (N/A). 1. Good. Dull throughout the body. 6 x 4 mm flake chip to the inner lip. Bit of pitting and marks all around, even in the shinier part at the top. 7 x 6 mm burst bubble at the left base edge and then from this is a brusie under the base of about 14 x 6 mm. Embossing is good. Should clean up a lot better. 2. Good. Heavily stained. 6 x 4 mm burst bubble on the front lip that is also quite deep. Fair bit of pitting and scuffiness around. Solid enough but needs a bit of cleaning. 3. Fair. Large filled chip to the front top of about 23 x 15 mm, been filled with araldite or similar which has yellowed. 4 x 3 mm flake on the back lip. Some stain inside. Mostly shiny surface with a bit of wear and standard sort of marks. Crude bottle and not easy to get with the Caledonian embossing around the base. 4. Fair. Dull and worn. Shallow flaking off the bottom of the applied top on the right side. The right chamber has an internal impact caused by the marble no doubt and from this is a fracture up and down the right chamber of about 30 mm. A bit of pitting around. Rare little bottle but with faults as mentioned. (late Ern Taylor Collection). Estimate: $80-120
