A. A. Woodcroft / Trade / (Galloping Horse) / Mark / Cooma // Vance & Ross / Makers / Alexandria Sydney. Smooth base. (New South Wales). Aerated Water. Codd. Dobson or Four way type. Applied top. Aqua. 10 oz. 226 mm. 1900s
Very Good. (7.1). Stained throughout. Really little flake to lower right rear lip. Tiny surface bruise to rear chamber. Small spot of deep wear to rear chamber as well. Couple of deep scuffed scratches to lower rear, some thin deepish scratches to upper rear. Patches of scuffed wear scattered around including a patch to the left of the horse going down to beside the word Cooma. Fisheyes scattered around, although mostly around the base edge. Scuffs and scratches throughout, some of which are deeper than standard. Nice embossing has a little wear and a few nicks here and there but is pretty good in general. Whilst this is quite scuffed, it should polish up quite well and is a rare and sought after bottle. We have never sold this Dobson variety in this larger size made by Vance & Ross before!.
