Ornate jug shaped bottle with petalled shoulder. No base mark.. Goldfields. Vinegar. Applied top. 8 panels down neck. Petalled design around the shoulder. Cylindrical, tapered body. Aqua. 26 oz. 233 mm. 1880s
Very Good. (7.6). A bit hazy throughout. Couple of tiny lip nicks. A few scratches to inner neck. Tiny surface bubble to upper body. Some usage wear to heel. Some scratches and the odd little scuff mark. Quite good condition overall. An unusual and early bottle, possibly American origins. Maybe not goldfields ear, but some time in the mid to late 1800s. We presume vinegar or some other form of condiment?. Estimate: $50-75
