Very Good. (7.4). Polished. Still dull and has baby oil inside. Remains of scratches and marks around. Embossing is weak in spots but that is typical of this sideways variation. A pretty good example of a hard to get Rowlands variation. (Votava Collection). Estimate: $300-400
