N/A. (N/A). 1. VG. Some rust stain. Patch on head where the colour has worn through showing the white underneath. Couple of little flakes to bottom of neck. This has the German makers mark to the rear neck. A few scratches and minor marks. Can't say I have seen one of these doll's heads before. 2. Repaired. Dress is discoloured and has some tears along the joins. Some discolouration to the bisque. Arms are a bit loose. Some rust in places. Not sure this originally had a dress? I think this was included to hide a repair, and hide it does as I nearly missed it. Looks like the head has been glued on through the neck, the body is a slightly different colour, so likely not off the same piece, also, it has rust which means it is a dug item, and therefore, would not have been found with the dress. There are several cracks around the head as well, I have a feeling this has been glued together as well. These were a good luck charm which were popular in the early 1900s, the arms are the correct arms for this type of doll, with the thumbs up! 3. VG. Little flake to lower rear shoulder. Some stains and discolouration. No eyes. A little fading in places. Unusual to get these bisque German doll's heads with shoulders like this. 4. Mint. A few spots of grime. Just a fine scratch or two. Briliant colours. This looks too good, hence I am unsure of its age, possibly being a relatively recent item?. Estimate: $60-100
