Near Mint. (9). Crazing throughout from making. Bright Victoria is written in gold leaf. Some grime which will clean off. A few making marks underneath, these are thin lines. One of the crazed lines on the underside can be felt with your nail. A really nice looking plate.. Estimate: $40-60
