Good. (6.5). 68 mm discoloured crack. Two little glaze flakes to the lower right face edge corner. Lovely gold leaf on this, there are a couple of patches of wear to this near the corners. 8 x 2 mm sliver to outer lower flange on one side, another side has a very similar mark. A little minor discolouration in places. One or two little spots of wear. Come with a base which has discoloured crazing but is undamaged. Grading is for lid only. A rare lid, this is the first we have sold. We have a range of rare Newcastle chemists and pot lids in this auction.. Estimate: $300-500
