Three Goldfields Salad Oils: 1. Small sized "World" oil but without the embossed globe on the shoulder. Smooth base. 2. Small Goldfields Salad Oil with concave panels to lower section and long concave ovals around shoulder. Smooth base. 3. Scallop Shell Goldfields Oil. Smooth indent to base. Goldfields Salad Oil 1. Wide bell like base, round, Shoulder and neck with four long petals or teardrops. Applied, flared top. Aqua. 5 oz. 2. Round but with five deep concave panels to half of lower bottle. Shoulder has three concave ovals to either side. Applied ring seal type top. Aqua. 5 oz. 3. Round. Shoulder decorated with four scallop shell patterns and teardrops above them. Ring in neck. Applied flared top. Aqua. About 6 oz. 240, 230 & 216 mm. 1850s-1860s

1. Very Good. Nice bottle. Some dirt and grime. Bit of light stain and dullness. Some scratches and scuffs. A very nice as found early salad oil. 2. Very Good. A bit grimy. Dull and some light stain. Top lip is not level but this is from making. Nice little bottle. 3. Good. But does look like a piece of about 10 x 10 mm has been glued back in to the base edge. Also under the base near this are a couple of fractures of about 10 mm each. Has had baby oil inside. Dull. A bit of stain. Scratches and scuffs. Displays pretty well and not an easy one to get.
