Larger sized Sharks Tooth style Goldfields oil. Faint round wide pontil scar to base. Goldfields Salad Oil Sharks tooth pattern around bulbous base. Panelled sides (round to lower mid back). Applied lip. Aqua. 15 oz or so. 261 mm. 1850s
Very Good. Polished. Oiled. A 20 x 7 mm slice chip to the lower ring around the bottle. Dull and scratches. Some nicks. Two burst bubbles on top of each other that have some dirt in them (total distance is about 15 x 4 mm). 6 x 2 and 5 x 3 mm chips to the top and inner lip. Overall a nice example of a harder to get bottle in this large size. Grade: 7 Estimate: $80 - 120
