Good. The cover is pretty good with some wear and marks. Brass latch in good shape. Pages vary with lots of tears and marks. Most of the pictures are in place but there are empty pages and a couple of loose photos. Most notable are probably three pictures from the Majorca photographic studio that feature buildings.
