Fair. Polished. Nibbled chip to front base edge has been ground back with the base edge reshaped around the front. You can still see the nibbled flake in the middle of this work. Under the base below this there has been a large flake chip to the front right heel. The has been ground back, in fact, the heel looks like it has been ground back right across the entire heel. Some angled marks around the rear base edge where this has been worked in, make no mistake, there has been MAJOR work under the base and around the base edge. The H of the trade mark has a flake to the upper part. A few little pitted scratches. Remains of some fisheyes and scuff marks. A few small annealing marks to the lip. Little sliver flake to inner front lip edge. Looks good on the shelf, this is a rare variation with the initials trade mark, the first one we have sold. Grade: 5 Estimate: $100 - 150
