Pewter Carafe. Finely engraved scenes around the neck, shoulder and body. Impressed stamps to base: two Chinese style characters and Fo Hup / Laroot. Chinese Pewter Fancy Pewter carafe. 239 mm. Late 1800s?
Good. A bit beaten and battered. Has split in places around the base edge. Little dints and marks all around the body. The engraving is very fine, probably stood out more when made but now is hard to see. Very interesting and could be a rare piece for all we know! Grade: N/A Estimate: $50 - 75
