Very Good. Some tears and marks to the covers (such as the word visit being torn at the front). Light marks and stains inside, for the most part the contents seem really good. One thing I can tell you is that people loved a commemorative arch in 1901! Great piece of history with some brilliant pics of early 20th century Melbourne. Grade: N/A Estimate: $70 - 100
