Good. Some fading and a bit of wear to the covers. Images in good shape but there is a bit of wear and some foxing around. A fold down the centre of one or two of the pages. Joins of the pages are a bit worn and partially torn in a couple of instances. Note Hotham Town Hall is one of the pictures on the last page, Hotham became North Melbourne in 1887.
