Sealed cognac: (Crown). Base Mark: (Dot). Spirits Cognac Applied ring around sheer lip. Applied seal. Amber. 26 oz. 281 mm. 1850s
Very Good. Tiny impact flake to inner lip. Flake under the applied lip ring from making, this has an associated very fine bruise. Couple of spots of white paint. Some inner dirt should soak out. A bit of outer grime. Some scratches and the odd scuff mark. Little dinted mark to lower right which is likely from making. A few tiny surface nicks. A lovely bottle in this colour and quite an early item. Grade: 7.4 Estimate: $50 - 75
