Good. Whilst this has no damage, it is very heavily stained and discoloured. A patch of rusty crazing as seen on the front goes all the way through with the same patch to the rear. Other stains and scratches. Couple of discoloured crazed lines are bordering on hairlines. Tippett was proprietor of the Hotel Ritz in the late 1920s and early 1930s. Grade: 6 Estimate: $20 - 30
