This comes with a base that has a fair inner chip, small outer flake and some stains. 2. Very Good. A few spots of wear through the glaze to the outer rim edge. Some sticky tape residue to outer wall of flange. A few tiny nicks to the bottom flange edge. A little bit chalky to inside. No base with this one. 3. This does not come with a base. Grade: N/A Estimate: $40 - 60
