Very Good. 8 x 9 mm potters blow out to the right rear shoulder. Light mark to rear lip is a small dint to the lip from making, the whiter line is where the glaze has not stuck to this section correctly in making. Minor sliver to left rear base edge. 6 mm scratch to the rear neck is through the glaze, but not through the colour, so very shallow. The dark neck and lip glaze does show quite a few scratches and little spots of wear, but these can only be seen under a strong light. In effect, this is a superb example. A few tiny dark spots and little glaze nicks. A rare and sought after bottle with this dark neck glaze, this is the best example that we have sold. Grade: 7.7 Estimate: $1500 - 2000
