Good. Binding is a bit loose. Plenty of wear and tear. Some foxing and marks but mostly pretty nice inside. Large fold out view of Ballarat is in pieces, has been taped together but really needs to be carefully opened up and probably framed. Coloured fold out map showing the gold leads also has some tape holding it together. Overall though a solid example of this highly sought after book. Grade: N/A Estimate: $100 - 150
