Two sizes. 1. 226 mm. 2. 206 mm.. 1880s
1. Excellent. Some surface discolouration near rear base edge should wash off. A little other grime. A few little glaze nicks and scratches. Very well impressed. Nice example. 2. Very Good. A smaller jar and of different manufacture, possibly made by a different potter? Couple of flakes and spots of glaze wear to base edge. Hairline under base. Small flake to right shoulder and a spot of wear as well. A few other marks around shoulder. A little discolouration. Some scratches and minor marks. A few making marks too. A nice variation.
