1. Very Good. Rust but also some shiny metal. Look like a later type from India or similar but still a nice looking set of crude handcuffs. 2. Apart from one of the keys that has lost its end the rest are in pretty solid shape. Some rust and pitting and wear. Nice lot of early keys. Grade: N/A Estimate: $60 - 80
