Excellent. Has the wire attached around the neck but needs the bail and lid. 13 x 4 mm chip at the front lip, 18 x 4 mm at the back and some other typical small chips and flakes around the ground lip. Burst bubble over the side outer top of about 16 x 9 mm. Wear around the mid top as is often seen on jars. A bit dusty and hazy. 9 x 9 mm burst bubble at the upper front right. A couple of wide surface bubbles on the back. Another burst bubble at the right base edge of about 13 x 12 mm. 10 x 5 mm open bubble below the S of Sydney. (Most of these faults would be from making). Quite strong embossing for these. Great looking example of this classic jar. Grade: 8 Estimate: $200 - 300
