Good. Top left is bent over. The separate central bat has a bent handle. Right loop is a bit bent as well. Corrosion throughout. Can't read the writing underneath very well, February is clear, above this I think it says Registered and as for the date, definitely an 18, but not sure on the last two numbers. I think 48? Part of a collection of buckles being offered over the next four auctions. Grade: N/A Estimate: $50 - 75
