Good. Some wear around the breather hole. 23 x 9 mm chip to front left has been coloured but not filler. To the right is a 24 x 15 mm coloured chip as well. A couple of other little coloured flakes to the front. The rear lip edge has some larger chips that have been roughly filled and coloured, over a total of 120 mm along the lip, this comes in about 13 mm towards the top. The glaze has flaked off in a line down the right rear. The top of the applied lions mane has flaked off. Some other glaze flakes around the body. Scattered discolouration. Some scratches and minor marks. A wonderful and early piece of pottery, not sure on the exact age. This does have a stopper, although the stopper is not original. There is a chip, some flakes and wear to the stopper. Grade: 6 Estimate: $75 - 125
