Unusual slip glaze crock, stamped: Cornwell's / Pottery / Brunswick. (Victoria) Pottery Cornwell's Two tone, tan top. Impressed. 210 mm. 1900s
Excellent. A bit of surface grime that will soak off. Maybe a few fine scuffs and scratches in places. Some crazing from manufacture. Spot or two of surface rust that will clean off. The lid is almost certainly original as it has the same drippy glaze. 26 x 12 mm chip to underside of its rim. A flake chip to the upper edge as well, this is about 14 x 9 mm. A few other little flakes. An absolutely stunning piece of pottery with the fabulous drippy glaze all over! Grade: 8.8 Estimate: $40 - 60
