RAF pith helmet. Miscellaneous War memorabilia RAF pith helmet. About 365 mm long. 1920s-1930s
Good. I am not an expert on these things, but what I can tell this is either a pith helmet or a Wolseley helmet from the period between the two World Wars, it appears to be flashed to the RAF and is an officers version - shown by the leather edge trim and the liner. Some stains to the cloth. The badge has faded. Some splits to the leather parts. The chin strap is broken. A very interesting piece of RAF memorabilia. Grade: N/A Estimate: $50 - 75
