Excellent. On the mirror there is some lifting to some of the decoration. A few little spots on mirrored surface itself. Minor scratches and marks. The frame is a beauty itself. Tongue and groove boards at the back. Two new hooks for hanging. The middle top has a smoothed over scorch mark from being near a lamp or something perhaps? Spectacular piece.
