Five Pharmacy Jars: Four Underglass labelled Pharmacy Jars - P. Gallae; Pot. Iodid.; Hyd. Perchl.; Argen. Nit.. All are W. T. Co (the Gallae is W. T. & Co.) to the base. Large two have stoppers. Plus a Cream ceramic Pharmacy jar with two piece wooden lid. Medicine Chemist 1 - 4. Clear jars. Ground inner necks. Underglass labels in recessed spaces. 5. Cream glazed ceramic jar. Wooden lid. 222 - 113 mm. Mid 1800s - 1900s
1 - 4. All Very Good to Excellent. Some stain and general light marks. 5. Very Good. Lid is very interesting and looks very early. Brass screws holding the lower section to the upper. A good pit of wear and patina. Jar is nice with crazing throughout. An impact mark and short open crack declining to a hairline at one edge. Interesting white ceramic in a firing crack in middle of the base from manufacture. Lovely item. Grade: N/A Estimate: $60 - 80
