Excellent. They don't get much better than this. There is some haze and a little bit of grime. Stopper is pretty good and unusual. A bit of stain or really just dirt still inside. One of the best embossed examples you could find. Listed under cork stoppered as that is how they are usually described but a lot of these Melbourne beers actually had wired on lightning stoppers. (Same bottle as sold in Auction 25, Lot 292. Wire now gone but the stopper is still there). Grade: 8.9 Estimate: $200 - 250
