Old Robilt Locomotive and petrol related carriages with metal track sections (14 pieces with a number of joining clips). The loco has the original key as this is a wind up piece. (Victoria) Miscellaneous Toys Robilt self drive locomotive with carriages and metal tracks. Various. 1950s
Good. Locomotive has the key, this works still to drive the set. Some corrosion and paint flakes and scratches to this. The number 52 has worn. Has Robilt at the front. One carriage has Caltex on it, also Robilt to the front. This is quite flaked, writing is quite worn. Some grime and scratches. Looks like it had Caltex on the other side at some stage, this is not there now. Another carriage has C. O. R. (Commonwealth Oil Refineries) on both sides. Print is quite good on this one, still has some corrosion, scratches, paint flakes and grime. Another carriage has Shell on both sides. Writing on one side is mostly worn, the other side has some wear. Also has some corrosion, scratches, paint flakes and grime. The last carriage mentioned looks like a coal carrier? This has S. A. R. on the side, is this South Australian Railways possibly? Writing is a tad worn on this. As per the others, this also has some corrosion, scratches, paint flakes and grime. Robilt were in Bay Road, Sandringham, yes, this is an Australian made train set, and with the petroliana link, this is a great item. Grade: N/A Estimate: $150 - 200
