Good. The rear is some unknown substance, I have no idea what it is? The front looks to be an enamel sign with black background and white letters, but it does not seem to be on tin either, more the same unknown hard substance. The white has been touched up in places. Mounting rings have corrosion. Some scratches. Edges have some nibbles and odd marks. Not being a number plate collector, not entirely sure where this is from, but can say that WN was used in the early days for Wanneroo in Western Australia. Grade: N/A Estimate: $20 - 30
