Good. Stopper has a little flake from the edge. The bottom of the Scotsman's Bagpipe has broken off at some stage and been reglued, the glue used has discoloured. Crazing throughout. The sticker under the base has a couple of pieces missing, it looks like there may have been a printed Fowler potters stamp under it? A rare piece, when I first saw this I immediately thought it was European, however it is a Fowler piece which is quite ornate and sought after. Grade: 6 Estimate: $100 - 150
