Very Good. Made in England by James Barwell, Birmingham, this is unusual as it has the government broad arrow on it, it may be quite early? Date is unknown but definitely quite old. The handle is rusty but solid. Some corrosion and verdigris to the body. One narrower wise has a 30 mm split from the bottom near the edge. Some discolouration. Some knocks and scratches. Clapper is in place, looks like a slab of lead? A great item all round, with the broad arrow it is somewhat better than normal. Grade: N/A Estimate: $100 - 150
