Very Good. We sold a chimney pot from this company in a previous auction. The Wimmera Pottery of Abbott & Son was in Five Dock in the 1910s. They were advertising butter coolers and their patented intense irrigator at this time. This piece has 6 small evenly spaced holes inside the base from making. A larger hole to central base also seem to be from making. There are three formed feet underneath. There is a chip to the upper rim. A small flake or two as well. Couple of cracks to lower body and base edge may be making splits. Some wear and making marks. This also has a lid which has a chunk from the outer rim and a bit of wear here and there. Discoloured spots. Grade: 7 Estimate: $100 - 150
