Very Good. Couple of tiny flakes to upper left lip edge. Stained throughout with some scuffs and scratches and a little wear. Small surface bubble or two. An extremely rare bottle, previously unknown to us and to a couple of prominent collectors that we asked. The only advertising for this product was from J. Forbes, 415 Chapel Street, South Yarra.
