Very Good. Outside base edge has an 18 x 10 mm and 12 x 10 mm chips. The chip at the front base extends shallowly under the base as well (about 15 x 12 mm). Some small impact marks and the like around the surface. General scuffs and scratches. A dark swirl from manufacture inside the top. Crudely marked and attributed to W. T. Thornley of Sale. A wonderful, early and rare syphon. Grade: 7 Estimate: $600 - 800
